Tag Leaf is an Item in All Star Smashers. When used, the user is able to run at ludicrous speed, also speeding up their special moves, but slowing their recoveries. If the leaf is passed on to someone else, he/she will have the same effect, but the recoveries will be used at normal speed. The effects may wear off after 15 seconds of total equip time or 5 sped-up specials. The time limit does not reset if someone steals the Tag Leaf.
